Toyota Repair Manuals | Toyota Camry Replacement of a front ring gasket of a bent shaft
Performance order:
1. Remove a toothed belt and a crankshaft pulley.
2. Using a screw-driver which edge is wound by an adhesive tape, take a ring gasket of a bent shaft from a nest. Thus do not damage a nest of a ring gasket and a bent shaft.
3. For simplification of removal of a ring gasket it is possible to cut out a bore in a face surface of a ring gasket.
4. Clear a nest of a ring gasket and grease a new ring gasket with pure engine oil.
5. Using tubular editing of the corresponding diameter, establish a ring gasket on a bent shaft.
